Cinnamon Snowballs


Delicious little bite size treats that can be packed into school lunchboxes or as a handy go to snack. These are date free, nut free, dairy free and gluten free so cater to a variety of people.



Pop in your mouth treats!

Ingredients:


1 3/4 shredded coconut

2 teaspoons coconut oil (melted)

2 Tablespoons coconut milk/cream

1 level teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

1 teaspoon vanilla paste

3 Tablespoons raw honey or pure maple syrup

Extra desiccated coconut for rolling


Method:


1. In a nutri bullet or food processor, combine all ingredients (except extra desiccated coconut) till well combined. Do not over process so the balls still have some texture.

2. Roll into balls and roll into desiccated coconut to coat.

3. Store in the refrigerator till ready to eat.

4. Enjoy!
