This is a super refreshing juice/smoothie with fresh pineapple, fresh ginger, apples, oranges and garden mint for a wonderfully fresh, zesty drink to aid circulation, immunity, digestion and inflammation.
Remember to use fresh pineapple (and include the core) as canning destroys the anti-inflammatory and digestive properties of the enzyme bromelain found in pineapple!!
1 whole fresh pineapple core included as it has the highest concentration of bromelain!
2 peeled naval oranges
1 1/2 inch knob fresh ginger
2 unpeeled apples
2 small sprigs of fresh mint
1. In a high speed juicer, process all ingredients and serve the juice in glasses with a small sprig of mint with stem for stirring!
